We provide multi-brand car servicing, repairs, maintenance, diagnostics, detailing, wheel alignment & balancing, AC service, and pickup & drop facilities.
All services are subject to vehicle condition and availability of spare parts.

3. Booking & Appointments

Service bookings can be made via our website, phone, WhatsApp, or by visiting our workshop.

Delivery time is an estimate and may vary depending on the work required.

Pickup & drop service is available as per location and service type.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices may vary depending on the vehicle model and additional repairs required.

Any extra work will be done only after customer approval.

Full payment must be made at the time of vehicle delivery unless otherwise agreed.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before handing it over for service.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

6. Warranty

Limited warranty is applicable only on selected parts and services.
Warranty does not cover normal wear & tear, accidental damage, or mishandling.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing faults in the vehicle

Failure of old or previously damaged components

8. Intellectual Property

All website content including logo, images, and text is the property of Patel Auto Service Mall Pvt. Ltd. and cannot be reused without permission.
